NEW ALBUM – MADE IN ONLY 24 HOURS – AVAILABLE NOW!

On February 3rd-4th, 2018. I made an album of 6 songs in only 24 hours. My patrons attended live streams where they watched me working in the studio as well as suggested ideas for lyrics, rhymes, tempos, harmonies and even album artwork! Thanks to their help and encouragement and lots of coffee and snacks, the album is done and now on bandcamp.

This is my 3rd year doing a 24 Hour Album. Each one has taught me different things about my writing process and the vulnerability of sharing that with others. As a performer, you get used to baring your soul and having people know some of your stories, but sharing the writing process is SO much scarier! I’m finally getting the hang of letting people see me in this mode and am so grateful for the way they encourage and support my work. It makes me feel more connected to the people who like my music and realize how important they are to everything I do as Danielle Ate the Sandwich.
