Hello from the Midwest Sandwich Tour!

I am a little over halfway through with my two week run through the Midwest and I’ve been having a great time. It’s been a while since I was out on the road on my own and I quickly remembered how crazy touring can be. There is lots of driving, planning, emailing, loading in, loading out, looking for parking spots, and eating at gas stations. There is also performing for incredible people, inviting them to sing along and delighting in the choir of voices when they do. There is sitting down with friends and catching up, making new friends, talking to grandpas about genealogy, and connecting to humans through my songs and their generosity.

Life on the road is pretty wild. It’s hard to keep up, but it’s full of moments that blow me away. Thanks to everyone who has come out to a show and supports art in any way they do. I’ve got three more shows on this tour and would love to sing for you!
