THE DAY IS HERE! I finally get to tour with Pomplamoose this week on their US FALL TOUR 2014! I’m really excited and actually nervous to open Jack and Nataly and their fans! Wish me luck, good jokes and excellent singing! I hope to impress them, the venues, the fans, the air, the earth and the wind, so that I can have more opportunities to play at bigger venues with acts as talented and amazing as Pomplamoose. Gwendolyn Fitz & Danielle Ate the Sandwich live at the Vino Theater, Sunday, September 10th. Doors open at 6:30pm with music from 7-9pm EDT. All ages are welcome. The Vino Theater is located at 274 Morgan Avenue #Suite 201 in Brooklyn, NY 11211.

Gwendolyn Fitz:

Rumored as “music to frolic to,” Gwendolyn Fitz uses a fusion of jazz and pop to create musical stories with a vintage flair. With storytelling and romantic optimism at its core, Gwendolyn crafts earnest songs inspired by her experiences and whimsical point of view. Gwendolyn hopes her songs inspire others to find joy in living their 100% truth, and perhaps, find a nice field of grass to frolic in. Gwendolyn is also the founder of the Brooklyn Ukulele Festival, and hosts several ukulele events throughout the year for ukulele players to come together and make music!

Danielle Ate the Sandwich – NO LONGER APPEARING:

Combining soft, lilting vocals with poignant honesty and wit, Danielle Ate the Sandwich (Danielle Anderson), writes songs for the biggest and smallest moments of life. A songwriter, ukulele and guitar player, and performer, Danielle first found her place at open mic nights and coffee shops in Fort Collins, Colorado, and is now based in Kansas City, MO. Growing a fan base through her homemade videos on YouTube, Danielle performed and toured extensively from 2009-2018, leaving an impression on audiences across the country, and fans around the world. Danielle has released 7 albums of original music, over 200 YouTube videos, and conducts an annual 24 Hour Album project, writing and producing new songs with the help of her patrons in only twenty four hours. Hard work and a lot of luck have allowed her to open for Mumford and Sons, Jake Shimabukuro, and the opportunity to write the soundtrack to the Emmy nominated HBO documentary, “Packed in a Trunk: The Lost Art of Edith Lake Wilkinson.” In 2023, Danielle was awarded a 2-year studio residency at the Charlotte Street Foundation in Kansas City, MO.
